The problem with even a good MLM lead list is that you have to sit down all day and physically call all of the leads… after you dial about 100, you quickly realize that only 5-6 are even open to talking with you.

That is not a solid way to do business.

I found it a lot easier because I focused on marketing (attracting the prospects to me) rather than reaching out and hunting them down.

Does A MLM Lead List Make Sense?

In my opinion, no. There are a bunch of reason why I came to that conclusion but the first is that this method of building has no leverage.

It is impossible to “scale up” your business.

What do I mean?

Well, most people are only really capable of dialing about 100 leads a day and hopefully talking to a handful of those but the problem is… even if you get good at this, there is no room for growth.

You would have to literally start hiring other people to start calling the leads too (which is a possibility) but there is still not much leverage in this method. The leads won’t respect you, many will be bothered and many, many will say no.

What Is The Alternative To A MLM Lead List?

Generate your own leads. I am a firm believer that just 1 lead that came to you, is better than 100 leads that you had to hunt down.

Even when I was only generating 2-3 leads a day, I was still able to build my network marketing team to 700 people (It is now well over 1,567).

Use techniques like blogging, YouTube, article writing, video making, content marketing, pay per click and a handful of techniques to draw the prospect into you.

Save Money By NOT Using A MLM Lead List

Another good advantage of generating your own leads vs. using a MLM lead list is that you will save A LOT of money.

Imagine having to actually spend money on the mlm lead list to only find out that 95/100 were not interested.

Not only would it drain all your energy and day but it will also waste a lot of your money.

There are great free ways out there to generate leads that require only 1-2 hours of day of work and will save you tons of money.
